Event Booking Policy

Tickets for Culford Foundation Events, including Opera in the Park are limited and we apply the following cancellation and refund policy:

  • Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded unless requests are received within 24 hrs of the original booking, in which case we will refund the cost of the tickets less an administration fee of 5% subject to a minimum administration fee of £5. Any refund requests received within 7 working days of the event date will not be given.
  • Tickets may be accepted for resale after all other tickets have been sold. Resold tickets are subject to a per transaction administration fee of 5% subject to a minimum administration fee of £5. The seller will be sent a cheque for resold tickets, less the administration fee, as soon as full payment from the buyer has been received by the Box Office.

Privacy and Security:

Payment details given over the telephone are destroyed once the ticket payment has been made and the transaction verified.
